holiday.

Out-Of-Stock Items? While we make every effort to ship each item you order, we occasionally run out of certain products. During the holiday
season, any out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and this will be reflected in your
shipping confirmation e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address). We
apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders during the holiday season.
During the rest of the year, all backorders are fulfilled as soon as the out of
stock item(s) comes back in, unless we are instructed otherwise, or the item has been discontinued.
